Abstract
On the ground of a lot of the British archive documents paper analyze phenomena of the British russophobia in teh official foreign policy of the Great Britain in th 19th Century toward all the Balkan states. She was obssesed with permanent fear of influence of the Russia on the Balkans, with forming of wider federation of the Balkan states and with preventing changes of the decisions of the Balkan congress.
